1. Agreement to Terms

You’re responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account.

7. Purchases & Related Policies

7.1 Scope.
These terms apply to any purchases, orders, and downloads made through our website (the "Services"), including but not limited to transactions processed via WooCommerce and payments handled by third-party processors such as Stripe and PayPal ("Payment Processors"). Payment Processors are independent services; their terms and privacy practices also apply to your transaction.

7.2 Agreement at Checkout.
By placing an order, clicking "Pay," "Purchase," "Complete Order," or similar, you confirm that you: (a) are authorized to use the selected payment method; (b) agree to these Terms & Conditions; and (c) acknowledge and agree to the additional policies linked below that govern purchases and product use.

7.3 Refunds & Returns.

7.4 Shipping (Physical Goods, if/when offered).
If your order includes physical goods, fulfillment, delivery timelines, shipping costs, and lost/damaged packages are governed by our Shipping Policy at https://bohemianrev.com/legal/shipping-policy/.

7.5 End User License Agreement (EULA) for Digital Products.
All digital products and downloadable assets are licensed- not sold-under our EULA at https://bohemianrev.com/legal/eula/. The EULA controls permitted and prohibited uses (including no resale/redistribution, no sublicensing, and no use in training AI/ML models without prior written consent ). Completing a digital purchase means you accept the EULA.

7.6 Privacy, Cookies & Consent.

7.9 Order Errors & Technical Delivery (Digital Items).
Digital items are typically delivered automatically after payment. If automated delivery fails or you do not receive access within 24 hours , check your spam folder and then contact info@bohemianrev.com ; we will re-issue access within 1-2 business days.

7.10 Conflicts; Order of Precedence.
If there is a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any policy referenced in this Section 7 with respect to purchases, the policy specifically governing that subject (e.g., Refund & Return Policy, EULA, Shipping Policy) will control for that subject matter.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California (without regard to conflicts of law). Exclusive venue in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
