Refund / Return Policy

1) Overview
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our products and services are primarily digital and delivered instantly, refunds are limited to the specific cases described below.
2) Digital Products & Downloads
• All sales are final for digital products (templates, documents, audio/visual assets, training materials, downloadable files, and similar items).
• Exceptions (within [7] days of purchase):
o Non-delivery/technical issues (e.g., you didn’t receive access or the file is corrupted). We’ll first cure by re-sending access or providing a working file within [2 business days].
o Material defects that prevent normal use (not preferences). If we cannot remedy, we may issue a refund or credit at our sole discretion.
• Chargebacks: If a chargeback is initiated, any licenses/keys/access granted are revoked immediately pending resolution.
3) Services (Consulting / Strategy / Done-For-You)
• Discovery/strategy sessions, consulting time, and custom work are non-refundable once scheduled or delivered.
• If you need to reschedule, please give [48 hours] notice; otherwise the session may be counted as delivered.
• For multi-phase projects, deposits are non-refundable once work begins. Milestone payments are due upon delivery of each milestone.
4) Physical Goods (Future-Use Placeholder)
• Return window: Returns accepted within [30] days of delivery in new, unused condition with all packaging.
• Process: Contact info@bohemianrev.com for an RMA number and instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
• Costs: Unless the item is defective or we made an error, customer pays return shipping.
• Inspection & refunds: Allow [5–10] business days after receipt for inspection and refund to the original payment method.
• Exclusions: Final sale items, perishables, customized goods, and used/worn items are not returnable (unless defective).
5) Exchanges (Physical Goods)
Where inventory allows, we’ll offer an exchange instead of a refund. Customer is responsible for shipping unless the item was defective or mis-shipped.
6) Incorrect / Damaged Items (Physical Goods)
Report within [7] days of delivery with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
7) How to Request Help
Email info@bohemianrev.com with your order number, product name, and description of the issue. We aim to respond within [1–2 business days].
