The great part about our products is that you can adjust each serving to fit your personal needs.
- Directions: Mix 1 scoop (scoop is included in each jar) with 1cup (8oz.) cold or hot water, stir and enjoy.
- All of our powder products taste great as a hot beverage, at room temperature, served cold or over ice.
- For quick mixing try mixing in a blender bottle or shaker.
- If you do not feel the effects of the Sleep Powder and need a stronger dose, try adding ½ – 1 full extra scoop of Sleep Powder.
- If you feel adverse effects, such as nausea or dizziness, try starting off with only a ¼ scoop and gradually work your way up until you find the amount that is right for you.
- If you do not want to drink a full cup of water before bed try adding 1 full scoop to ½ a cup of water for a more concentrated tea with less liquid.
- Be sure to check with your doctor before taking Sleep Powder if you are on any medications.
