- Directions: Mix 1 scoop (scoop is included in each jar) with 1cup (8oz.) cold or hot water, stir and enjoy.
- All of our powder products taste great as a hot beverage, at room temperature, served cold or over ice.
- For quick mixing try mixing in a blender bottle or shaker.
De-Stress Powder
- You can add De-Stress Powder to your favorite shakes and smoothies for a relaxing and calming boost.
- If you find that De-Stress Powder makes you tired, try starting with a ½ scoop or less and gradually increase the amount to find the dosage that is right for you.
- If you feel that De-Stress Powder is not strong enough, and not producing your desired results, we recommend taking an extra ½ scoop to 1 full scoop as needed.
- De-Stress Powder has a natural neutral taste. If you’d like a sweeter beverage try adding your favorite sugar, or sugar substitute, such as: stevia, monk fruit or cane sugar.
- You can use De-Stress Powder as a melatonin free natural sleep-aid by taking 2 scoops of De-Stress 30 minutes before you plan on going to sleep.
